WSP is currently seeking a U.S. paralegal for its East Coast office. Preparation and submission of documents for external service providers and cooperation with external service providers in the creation, registration, maintenance and dissolution of companies and other legal entities at the state level. Assist attorneys in the preparation of documents for changes, takeovers, mergers and dissolutions of companies and other legal entities. Must be able to think outside the box while remaining within legal and ethical limits. Preparation and submission of documents for the creation, registration, maintenance and dissolution of other legal entities, including confirmation of name availability, at the district and city level. Commercial vehicle enforcement officers actively promote the safe operation of commercial vehicles on state highways through education and enforcement. EOCCs are responsible for the 54 Crown facilities, physical inspection of commercial vehicles and driver records, etc. Communicate with licensing authorities to obtain licensing requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. At least five years of professional experience (or equivalent educational experience) in managing professional licenses and government registrations for a global company.
